If you receive a call where a customer is unable to submit a complaint form, make sure to verify with them the description field.
The error below will come up if the customer enters too many characters in this field. We don't have a limit on how many characters they should or shouldn't enter. Usually three to four lines in each box works.
Guide them through breaking down the paragraph by using the other fields below (actions taken), this way the system will allow them to submit the form online.
