Shipment locations will only appear on the map in DAT OnTime once the driver that accepted the shipment enables tracking. The driver must tap the Start Tracking option listed on the shipment in the DAT OnTime application.
Note: Drivers using an Android device will see if you requested to start tracking at a specified time. If the toggle button for this is left enabled, tracking will automatically start at the specified time. If the driver turned this option off, they will need to manually tap the Start Tracking option. This feature is coming soon to iOS devices.
