If you get the following error;
This can happen when looking up a phone number in CSR or trying to update the name in CSR to any onboard profile.
Advised the customer you are escalating it to the specialist team to have it updated and they will receive a call once is fixed.
Specialist, try updating the address in Siebel.
Toggle the Segment or Sub Segment sections in Seibel to a new value, save, then toggle it back to the original value
If you are still not able to get it resolved escalate it to Eric Wearne.
