When trying to log into DAT Express, you continuously get looped back to the login page and are unable to log in.
There are two scenarios that can cause this error:
- When you attempt to sign into DAT Express using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Microsoft browsers are not currently supported in DAT Express.

- If you have not yet verified the email sent to you when first signing up. Please check your email for the verification link. It may have been moved to Spam or Junk, so check those folders as well. If you are unable to locate this email, contact DAT at 800-547-5417 and the verification email can be resent to you.
